Mindful running… running with the mind of meditation

Going for a run after 8pm in the evening in full blown sunshine when it’s 29 degree outside and it’s only April is in itself worth being alive!

Breathing in and breathing out…

feeling connected… connecting and synchronizing mind and body… feeling the rhythm…noticing our breath… breath is life…

Breathing in and breathing out…

feeling in harmony… not worrying about the day… letting go of everything… this is our time to be running… we all need time to meditate and get our body moving… moving our body and feeling alive… when we are healthy we can help more we can do more… just releasing all the tensions… just being present… relaxing and breathing… running with our body connected to our mind…

Breathing in and breathing out…

noticing the sky, the sun and the land… running in fresh air… feeling good… feeling appreciated to be alive, to be healthy and to be running… what we are doing for our body and soul is healthy… balancing mind and body… running with the mind of meditation… strengthening the body and training our mind… feeling present… not thinking about the future or the past… we are in the present… we are here, we are healthy, we are alive…

Breathing in and breathing out…

we are running… feeling human… feeling worthy… it’s good to be here… it’s good to be alive… appreciating to be on the Planet Earth…

we are running and breathing… when our thoughts taking us away we come back… this is our time to be present… to be engaged… balancing mind and body…. all is good… we are feeling good… we are purifying… it’s good for our organs, our nervous system and our mind… bringing our consciousness to here and now… meditation is embodiment … synchronizing mind and body… feeling what we feel… relaxing our body… swing and land… running like a deer… flying like an eagle… feeling good and relaxed… if thinking, come back… opening our heart and mind… feeling human and in harmony…

Breathing in and breathing out…

slowing down… start walking… letting it all out… feeling good about the run… being present… feeling stronger… feeling good… movement is good for the body and for the mind… thinking about the run… thinking about what we have accomplished… we are ready to help others…
